Shipping Policy
BambooYou offers free shipping on full-priced items with the code: FREE. This is not combinable and does not apply to sale items.
We do ship Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at a calculated shipping cost.
Currently we do not ship internationally.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 1:00 PM CST.
Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.
We will use the service you choose during checkout but cannot guarantee arrival on a particular day.
We also currently ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
