We understand that because you made your original purchase that you are now a valued customer of BambooYou. But for whatever reason you have changed your mind. With this being said their is a high probability that you would like something else in our collections! Exchanges are super simple without any additional costs to you. - Returns and Store Credit
- You may return items within 14 days for an exchange, store credit or refund, unworn and unwashed. Once your merchandise has passed inspection, a store credit will be available to you whenever you are ready to shop again or a refund can be issued in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- All tags and packaging must be intact. All items must be returned in original packaging or similar, protective carton or sturdy mailing envelope. Don't forget to enclose your order slip.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer saleable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- We do not offer price adjustments for sales that occur after an item is purchased.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- If you placed an order and have not received it within 14 days day from the time is was shipped, please let us know immediately so we can make sure that you get your merchandise. Otherwise, we can not guarantee that we will be able to give you what you ordered.
- To cancel an order, please contact BambooYou as soon as possible, 682-477-2003 or bambooyou@shopbambooyou.com. If your order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
