HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?

On the day your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you placed an order and have not received it within 14 days day from the time is was shipped you need to let us know immediately so we can make sure that you get your merchandise. Otherwise we can not guarantee that we will be able to give you what you ordered. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IF I SIGNED IN AS A GUEST?

On the BambooYou homepage, click on the person icon which is located in the upper right hand corner of the page. You may also select the panda on the bottom left hand side of the page. Or you may click HERE You'll be instructed to enter your email address and password. 

CAN I SIGN UP FOR EMAILS IF I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING?

Yes, you can sign up for emails HERE. 

Our emails announce new arrivals, new styles and sale events.  

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal and Amazon Payment Method.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE BAMBOOYOU PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER STORE OR WEBSITE?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for merchandise purchased from www.shopbambooyou.com online store.

WHAT IF PART OF MY ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE? WILL YOU SHIP WHAT YOU HAVE?

We will ship what is currently in-stock and pre-orders will ship on the estimated ship date. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once we ship.

DOES BAMBOOYOU OFFER PROMO CODES?

Yes, BambooYou offers promo codes that can be applied at check out once items have been added to the cart.  Discount codes are limited one per order and may be applied to specific items.  Discounts offered by other retailers will not be accepted.  Discount codes offered by BambooYou can only be redeemed at ShopBambooYou.com 

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING THAT MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

A credit card decline means that the transaction was declined by our credit card processor. Please be sure that all billing information is correct and confirm that you entered the correct expiration date and CVV code. If you feel the card was declined in error you may also want to contact your bank.

WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART, DOES IT GUARANTEE I HAVE THE MERCHANDISE?

At the time you select an item and place it in your shopping cart it is available. If another customer selects the same item before you complete your purchase, this item may not be available at check-out.

I REQUESTED A RETURN LABEL, BUT DIDN'T GET IT.

Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder since the email containing the label sometimes ends up there. If not, please let us know and we will resend it. CONTACT US

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM IF I SIGNED IN AS GUEST?

Please email us at  BambooYou@shopbambooYou.com   for a prepaid, UPS return label.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A GIFT BUT NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

CONTACT US with the item information and name of the purchaser. We can make an even exchange for a different size or color. If you are not happy with the item, we will work with you to exchange it for a different item. No refunds can be issued unless it is to the purchaser's original form of payment. Order must have been placed from the ShopBambooYou.com Website to qualify for an exchange.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?

Yes we do, but the shipping address must be within the United States.

DO YOU OFFER A CATALOG?
