Order Status and Tracking

It is easy to check on the status of your BambooYou order or track your order.  Simply use the appropriate section below.

BambooYou order statuses are:

• Pending - Your order has been placed but is not yet confirmed within our system. If you need to change or add items to your order, please contact us.
• Received - Your order is confirmed and is being prepared for shipment. If you need to change or add items to your order, please contact us.
• Shipped / Completed - Your order has successfully shipped. You will receive an email confirmation of shipment. If you need to return your order, please contact us.
• Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled – either by the customer or BambooYou. If you have a question about this status, please contact us.
